While it is very out of my character to complain, I do need to make a few things known to future guests and management. We stayed at this establishment for a wedding and attended a rehearsal dinner here. When the dinner was coming to an end, the event staff began cleaning up before all guests belongings were removed from the table. Within 10 minutes of clean up my dates formal coat was taken from the table by event staff. A team lead said that he gave the jacket to "her" pointed, and left the room. This "her" was actually the bride who was never spoken to by the team lead, the jacket was never turned in to the front desk, and the front desk did absolutely nothing to help get in contact with the event staff to locate the missing belonging when they were pulled into the situation with 20 minutes of it happening. Also, when we checked out of our room, an item was left behind in the closet hanging on a hanger. We called within 24 hours and were told that the room had not been rented since and that staff would check the closet and call back within 15 minutes. This 15 minutes led to 5 follow ups with hours in between. Most times we were left on hold until the answering service just hung up. I could truly understand if this happened in an establishment without the reputation of The Palms, but this was truly disappointing. I have never experienced such a lack of personal service especially considering the price that we paid to experience a level of extra care.

This establishment is the most aesthetically near perfect hotel I have stayed at to date. The food is wonderful, the bar staff is impeccable the entire hotel was cleaned to perfection.... therefore, it truly disappoints me that I have to highlight this negative situation.
