I am using uber in egypt cairo the problem is that support for customer issue with drivers is not dealt with by the professional way and they leave customer deals with uber drivers into which some of them are not professional in dealing with customers and even thieves and no one care when you email your complaints. I thought that this company is respectful but I was wrong I prefer to use local taxi or other companies like careem.
