A routine oil change for 5 hours. It started when they put part that I did not authorized then another 3 hours to re-instal the old part.
The worse part when Vijay, the so called Service Manager can not even handle the pressure of the daily routine on the service line. He did not listen to the issue I am trying to explain instead he accused me of not wanting to pay for the installed part that I did not authorized. Vijay has no knowledge of Customer Service Etiquettes. He is an embarrassment to the Sheehy Honda team, wherein one their goal is to promote lasting relationship with their clients. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and that relationship got cut off as of yesterday.
