My father is an IT Manager for this company. Has worked here since before I was born and I'm 16. I have been to almost all of the Royal Oak plants (never been to the Arkansas locations) and all of the Pine Mountain Locations to help set up things with my dad.

I can say myself I know why you guys are finding rocks and material in your bags. The kilns they use. Rocks are gonna find there way in because of the natural way they make the charcoal. The material is insulation for the kilns so the charcoal is a quality product for the customers.

Anyway, on to how I feel about Royal Oak Charcoal. I personally like it. My uncle has used Kingsford and it just didn't burn well and also was super overpriced. So Royal Oak and brands that Royal Oak makes has personally been my favorite. I'm not just saying that either.
