We used PorchLight to sell our house and it was a very easy process with great return. PorchLight utilizes great materials to sell your house like brochures, and take away pamphlets on the sign. They publish on multiple websites which is great. They also provide someone to help stage your house, cleaners before market day and the photographer did an amazing job with our house pictures! John Chrisbens was our realtor who is a great person all around! Very professional, works hard, always available and has been working in this business for a long time, so very knowledgeable! Great team all around, you can' t go wrong. Selling your house is a stressful job and they all made it very easy!
