I understand it was a used vehicle, but as a Toyota Dealership selling a Toyota vehicle, I would have assumed better (probably shouldn't have assumed).

1. The sales/staff was not aware that the dash was cracked and that it was a extended warranty for the particular vehicle we purchased and was unwilling to do anything about it. I knew about the extended warranty (LSC ZE6 from calling my local Toyota dealership and speaking with their service technician).
2. Parts missing that once again should have been caught on the multi point inspection (roof rack covers and drivers side floor foot rest. parts were ordered and installed after the sales manager agreed to have them replaced).
3. Very poor detailing job was done on the vehicle which I now have to take into a professional detailing shop to remove hardened wax that is stuck in various body panels and cracks.
4. Vehicle was sold without any key fobs and the drivers side and passenger side door lock actuator is broken (a true professional and thorough multi point inspection would have caught that the door actuators were not working) and the sales staff wouldn t acknowledge that or offer to fix it or take some of the price down.
5. Multipoint inspection failed to note or fix the rear brakes. I found out that after taking the vehicle to my local Toyota dealership to get dash replaced via extended warranty, the brakes should have been replace about a 1000 miles back (pads were below Toyota minimal specifications for pad wear and we have only driven the vehicle about 400 miles since we purchased).

Very friendly staff, but does not care about the customer and the fact that the staff doesn't know anything about the product they are selling. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a dealership that cares about you as the customer and know about the product they are selling.

Also, whatever happened to selling a vehicle with a full tank of fuel....had to fuel up (as it was at a 1/4 tank) on the way back to Olympia just to get home.....and that was after jokingly asking the sales manager if they sold vehicles with a full tank of fuel :(
