Waiting room for the tiny pediatric outpatient clinic where parents must leave their strollers outside and pile up like sardines with their children coughing, barking and screaming at them and at others.
The waiting chairs are so tight that the contagion is almost inevitable. How is this acceptable?
Is there a Department of Infection Prevention in this hospital that seems to have come out of medieval times?
The service was still acceptable without more, with little waiting and by appointment, so I add a star for that.
