I'm afraid I have to agree with all the terrible reviews. I ordered a phone on 3 December and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've chased and chased and got the usual stock response, 'it will be dispatched as a priority' etc. Despite a '100% guarantee it will arrive in time for Christmas', they have now acknowledged it won't.
They claim they are doing quality control but, as another reviewer said, surely this should be done before they put the product up for sale. I believe, as others do, that they advertise phones they don't have and you have to wait till they get one in. I can't think of any other explanation for such terrible service.
I had to sit my daughter down this evening to explain she would not get her present on Christmas day - thought it better to try to get over the tears before the day itself. It has definitely put a downer on Christmas for us.
The only positive I can say is they respond quite quickly to emails, however this isn't much help when answers are copy and paste and the assurances turn out to be worthless.
Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
