Been waiting well over 2 weeks on my phone being dispatched. Called almost everyday for 9 days, to be told it would be sent out that day everyday. My 9 year old daughter used her own birthday money to buy this phone which they were informed of. The customer service is atrocious, all emails from all departments have the same contact phone number but when you call you can only speak to the customer service department who have obviously been told to lie! Totally disgraceful company, they have my daughters money & phone & cannot be trusted to deliver on time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
