We places a dog on hold and somehow when we went there to adopt the dog there was another person that was on the wait list and caused a huge problem. We still weren't able to adopt the dog. This made me so mad with this shelter considering that we filled out all the paper work and called the other day just to check on the dog. What makes me mad the most is their dumb system on what dogs have a bigger wait list. Apparently only stray dogs can have 3 people on hold. So even if I wanted to put the dog on hold I couldn't. I wouldn't bother going here. There are just so many problems with their adoption system.
