My booking was confirmed and I had already paid but when I got to the hotel they said there was a glitch and they were fully booked for that night. They put me up in a hotel 20 min away from the airport which didn t have 24 hour room service (it was midnight and I had been traveling all day) and whose WiFi wasn t working. Very disappointed.
