Nurse assessment: good, but I wish Dr. Nurse help and more eager.!

Reception and booking service evaluation: Very good but supposed to remind the customer of the order (coming 20 minutes before) since booking the appointment and not remind him an hour before the appointment.!

Environmental Assessment: My first visit unfortunately the building smells non-zaky.
I wish attention to cleanliness

The ladies waiting room is very boring and the chairs are uncomfortable, preferably replaced with sofas.
