I'm sure it's great if you're into looking at paintings. There sure are a lot of them, the building is kept clean and open. There's a coffee shop downstairs but they don't let you carry the coffee around the building even if it has a lid, which is understandable. The outside is the best part of the experience - it's a very nice plaza area.
