I have had repairs done a City Chevrolet 3-5 times...

I have had repairs done a City Chevrolet 3-5 times over the years because the insurance companies recommend them. This past experience was the worst that I have ever had at any body shop. I took my car in at 7:30 am for an estimate. The guy assigned to my claim said he would email me an estimate because the system was down and he could not give me one right then. When I did not get the estimate that day, I called the next day to see what happened. The guy wrote down the wrong VIN number. I dropped my car off the following Monday, June 23 to get the repairs started. I was told my vehicle would be ready on June 27. It was not ready and I had to call them to find that out. I went back to get my car on Monday, June 30. When I inspected the car, I noticed there was a bubble on the paint that should not have been there and my vehicle had some additional scratches. They gave me a loaner car for the two additional days they took to fix what they messed up. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience or the damages to my vehicle and the loaner car was a piece of junk. I will never return to City Chevrolet for any reason or service. The customer service was horrible and I found their lackadaisical care of my vehicle unprofessional.
