We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years. We have always had great service. The hotel I will say is overall clean and comfortable. No its is not a 5 star, but its pretty comfortable. This past stay on August 7,8 we had problems with our air conditioner and vending machine problems and they weren't addressed during our stay fro some reason or other. After speaking with the owner, today he offered us compensation for 2 free nights on our next visit. This is acceptable in my book, as he at least listened to our concerns and did not want to lose us as customers. Overall this is generally a pleasant place to stay with convenience and the restaurant next door is very nice. :0)
