Good customer service , but basic things not provi...

Good customer service , but basic things not provided, like toiletries in the toilets , Air condition not upto the mark , i booked a 2 king size bed , upon arrival they gave me a room with 1 king size bed, ongoing consrtuction is a big turn off, we have to use other hotels beach side area .
