Horrible experience trying to check-in to this property. I stay at dozens of Marriott Properties to the extent of achieving Elite Status and have never had such a difficult time with the front desk personnel. I understand when you are having a bad day, it is easy to take it out on customers, but please remember, we are the ones paying your paychecks, at the end of the day. Clark was very disrespectful, from beginning to end. We gladly drove another 30 miles in the middle of the night and took our business to another Property that actually appreciated our business.
