Absolutely great customer service. I own a Steelcase Leap v2 chair that had an issue and this is the service retailer for Dallas area. Susan Barnhart helped me fix my chair and identified the issue correctly - something which the actual Steelcase company couldn't got wrong and estimated that a repair cost upwards of $400 to fix. Their showroom is also very nice and people are knowledgeable and friendly.
