The food was very good. The service left a lot to be desired. We had an 8 PM reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids, were late due to parking issues and called to let them know. The person who answered the phone did not have very good manners and disconnected without saying goodbye or anything. When we arrived, we had to wait for 15 minutes before being seated; and they marked us as a no-show for our OpenTable reservation.
Once seated it was another ten minutes before someone took our drink order and an additional 8-10 minutes after that before we received drinks and ordered our meals. Food took about 20 minutes to come out which, ok will give you that based on what we ordered. Then our bill was wrong and our waitress acknowledged it and left on the table while she ran to get something for another table. She said she would come back and adjust it and run our card. Another waitress took it and ran it without us knowing which is great, however, when I tried to find someone to adjust it, it was like I was speaking a different language. I got brushed off. It was corrected, but the way it was handled left a lot to be desired. I will rave for the food, but the service does not match the ratings I saw on Google and TripAdvisor. Very disappointed.
