This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever experienced. I have a 2012 Factory Ford Extended Warranty and these ass clowns want to charge me $90 to see why my check engine light is on. Autozone did it for FREE! Carthage Ford took care of me and also fixes the Joplin Police vehicles. Never go to Fletcher Dealerships unless you like poor crappy service and rude no nothings.
