I've used Ebuyer for PC components since 2005 with nothing to complain about, but am unlikely to continue after an ongoing bad experience.

I ordered a motherboard and CPU bundle, but only received the motherboard part. Explaining this on their eNote system, I eventually received the replacement order a week later (stuck in the warehouse?), but it was another motherboard! A 2nd eNote and email has yet to be replied to after a week of waiting.

Left with a dead computer, I've had to buy the CPU elsewhere in the meantime, so now face the unenviable task of trying to send back one part of a bundle and get a refund for the missing part. Whatever you do, don't order the bundled items!

Throughout all of this, communication from customer services has been incredibly slow/non-existent, although polite. Even if it's bad news ("your item is out of stock" or "we're short-staffed at the moment"), any sort of communication with the customer is going to be appreciated.
