BEWARE: My significant other used the ATM here, and ended up having his information stolen, so I would advise against using their ATMs. It was apparent that it was due to this place because the charge on the card was to withdraw cash from a Concord ATM, and they made off with nearly 500 dollars. We do not live anywhere near Concord, nor did he use any other ATM in or near Charlotte/Concord besides the one placed in the food court.
REVIEW OF ATMOSPHERE: This place is an absolute nightmare. I would honestly compare it to a zoo, but with humans. They need to expand this place and the parking lot, as you're practically getting trampled on inside. The mall is also in a circle so if you do not manage to make it to one store, you have to walk the entire circle again. I've been to almost every mall in the state, and I've never have had such a bad experience. The people who work there are nice, but it is very hard to avoid getting trampled. I've never seen a mall with so many people walking over each other in my life.
