Extremely disappointed in the overall customer ser...

Extremely disappointed in the overall customer service in this particular dealership. Made an online appointment to test drive an X5, walked in, after waiting for 45 minutes was told the car was blocked and they are not able to get it out for a test drive. The sales person also suggested that maybe we should come back during the week since Saturday is not a best day for a test drive since it's so busy. I guess too busy for business.
