Worst customer service ever. I submitted an online appointment recieved my confirmation and everything. Once I arrived I was greeted that they would be right with me but kept taking customers who came after me. Finally when I was attended to I made the tech aware of an issue I had with the tire and was guided to the waiting room. I waited for 3 hours for the tech to come tell me that my tire had a nail and would need to purchase on. I told them ok I'll get the tire elsewhere because they didnt have the tire in stock. So the tech leads me to my car and I ask dont I need to pay for the oil change..she then tells me we didnt see a request for oil change..so u mean to tell me I waited 3 hours for u to tell me there was a nail in my tire. Then she says if u can wait 3 more hours we can fit u in . I might ad well go to Walmart or jiffy lube their cheaper and better customer service. Never going back
