I am an avid lover and wearer of Dansko shoes. Being a teacher, and server on the side in the summer, I am on my feet A LOT! I purchased a pair a sweet black matte Dansko's with my tax return back in February. Long story short, I bought the first pair that was just too tight. I came in about 6 wks ago, and they stretched them for free. These shoes just didn't want to fit my foot. I brought them back today and the customer service was top notch. They not only replaced my shoes with a pair that fit, they helped me pick just the right shoe for me. The knowledge and expertise of the employee that fit my shoe was spot on!
