My family and I came from two didn t states to visit California.

I booked this reservation two weeks in advance. Once I booked the room I called the hotel to request a specific room. I also contact Hilton honors.

I was told a note on my account would be made and that I would just have to remind the front desk associate once I checked in.

My sister arrives before me and is told by the Director of Front Office she doesn t know about the type of room requested that shows online. Or that I specifically called in advance to request. She repeatedly kept saying as the front desk director she doesn t know the rooms and she isn t sure about all the rooms on the property. Instead of trying to find the room or do her due diligence she checks my sister into a room that was not requested. When I arrive De She the front desk director was rude, passive aggressive, and did not care AT ALL about what I was told previously. She acted like I didn t speak to anyone and showed no remorse or concern.

The room isn t what we expected and the hotel is not only doing false advertisement they have bad front desk staff.

Do yourself favor and don t stay here. The attitudes from the staff after we stresses our concerns become even worse. Sad state of affairs. DO NOT STAY HERE!
