My husband and I have been very loyal to VRCC for years. However, this morning I called about my sick cat and spoke with Barbara. She was curt and incompassionate right from the start. We were very worried about our fur child and she clearly had little concern. We chose not to bring him there. I hope that if we decide to come back, we will receive better customer service than what Barbara demonstrated this morning.
