Literally just reviewing and giving them one star ...

Literally just reviewing and giving them one star because I have had to deal with SO many technical difficulties, and I never seem to get through to the help desk. Today I am told to reset my password because it expired. I thought nothing of it then tried to make a new password only to be told my password doesn't "meet the criteria". Thinking I did something wrong, I carefully reread the instructions and made a new password. I have now tried 10 different unique, alternating caps with numbers passwords. None of them worked. Now I am locked out of my account, can't get ahold of the technical support desk, and have an exam tommorrow. I have been on hold for 45+ minutes, and have been told that I am the 4th person in line. 5 minutes later I am now the 14th person in line. Get it together, FSCJ.
