Explain to me, how on earth is it possible that at 11:15 pm there is nobody in the emergency room acceptance, to decide what kind of code a person has as soon as he arrives in the emergency room? And hallucinating .... then I respect everything, but that there is nobody and out of my mind, in fact after 5 minutes a person has deigned and arrive to ask what my partner had, in fact they gave him the red code because it is allergic to the drug !!!! But I say !! We are in 2018 and yet a 2 year old girl died of their incompetence !!!! We are on 10/05/2018
