The one star says it all. If I can make it none, I would. This is lousy company with rude customer service. I booked my cab online with specific time of pick up as I was going to the airport. Nobody showed up at pick up time so I phoned customer service. First, she said that my booking was not entered yet. At that time, she was going to find somebody in my area. Secondly, she said that I made a mistake of putting the airport as my pick up address. I said I was holding a print out of my reservation and it has a correct pick up address. I spoke to the supervisor (Cesar) and complained about what just happened. I needed my cab to be on time. He said that they DO NOT GUARANTEE the pick up time! That did it, I got my wife to drive me to the airport.
