Three and a half minutes into our first follow up call Kerri became extremely irate about my benign and honest questions about the service. It was so bad, I told her on the spot that this was not going to work and hung up. They then proceeded to follow up with snide emails asking about our plans and if we were still interested, which I ignored. I'm a fairly agreeable and forgiving person but it's hard to believe a firm would treat prospective customers like that.
