We are a Commercial Refrigeration Company located in Kamloops. We received a PO# from this Company to do an emergency service for one of there clients during our fire season last year in 2018. We attended site immediately due to the RTU's drawing in heavy smoke into the building. We have since not received payment for this job and recommend any one in the future be very cautious before attending. Numerous phone calls and emails have resulted in zero results or payment. This company is unreliable for looking after there Sub Contractors invoices for work completed. Hegyi Refrigeration & Mechanical Ltd.

For anyone who hasn't gone LED, first off, what on earth are you waiting for??? Secondly, have u done your research? If not, let me save you some time. Lumenix is, without question, the way to go. They are caring, honest and efficient (no pun intended). They will come in, assess, provide their best advice and before you know it, you'll have savings that you can't imagine. Still not sure???? Go, see for yourself. Talk to their customers and find out. That's what we did and thank goodness we chose Lumenix. For the record, we worked directly with Faran and Doug.

Lumenix did a great job with our 400 unit building. Jamie our rep was thorough, responsive and continued to follow up. The staff were professional and understanding to the needs of a condo and our residents. We have completed almost our first year and the results are spot on to the analysis of energy and cost efficiency. I would and have referred them to other condominiums and property managers.

Nobody answers your phone after you award them the work. The work they promise on paper is never the same when they send their subcontractors to do the job. Don't fall for their slightly cheap price, their workmanship and professionalism is much cheaper. Find anyone else except them.

After 6 months we still not getting paid from this company. We did 6 projects last year in january and we didn't receive any money. They don't answer calls or emails. To all subs don't do any work for them.

Cheap company, they are liars to receive the job and the work doesn't meet any expectation. Actually they are just sellers and are hiring subcontractors to do the jobs (they are not electrical contractor). Don't meet the building code requirement, refuse to return on site to repair deficiencies, HORRIBILE. Be smart and chose an real electrical contractor who can rely on it.

We are a commercial Refrigeration & HVAC company in West Kelowna, BC who has had the same issues as the company in Kamloops. We also rushed around last season (July 2018) to change out filters for one of their customers (HSBC) and finally got paid in April of this year. I am currently trying to collect for calls to Fedex and 5 Guys Burgers from Jan/Feb and March of this year. They do not return phone calls or emails. Do not take service calls from this company.

This company has the worst customer service. I recently used them for a garage lighting retrofit. They completely erred on the tender process and we ended up using their specified product, instead of the product specified on the tender. We had between 150-200 fixtures installed in the garage around one year ago and to date about 50 have failed. I recently submitted a service ticket on June 28, 2019 as we had another 5 failed fixtures. Now today, August 8, 2019, they have yet to respond to this service ticket and we now have 15 fixtures failed. I have called our Sales Rep and the Service Department on multiple instances without resolution. I try to call to speak to someone on the phone and all I can get is a voice mail which isn't returned. Will never be using them again in the future, no matter how cheap they are. Beware, you get what you pay for.

Doug was very dedicated though to the project and the completion of the project. I was very satisfied working with Doug and his Lumenix team and I recommend them.

I worked with lumenix to upgrade the lighting in a few of my properties, they are professional and pricing is hard to beat, they even got us a rebate when we were not expecting it. I would highly recommended their services.
