This company is sleazy, they deliberately loose your payments if you mail them and then charge you late fees.
Their new trick is the website doesn't work, so you have to call to make a payment and then they want you to pay $19.95 to make a payment to them.
They won't connect you to Tech support about the website problems and the call center in India won't report that there is a problem with the website because the company hasn't sent a memo saying there is a problem. Crazy making!
They have been running these scams for years. Ocwen is in business to foreclose on your house, so if you pay on time they start to jerk you around to get fees out of you.
All of these bastards in Florida that work for ocwen should be in prison.
