They like wasting whole day for a person. Appointment for infusion was supposed to be at 11am. Now it's 3.30pm and I'm still waiting to be seen. Why can't they give a person a time when to come so I could plan my day. Do they even schedule any thing here or just randomly assign time to patients? Complete waste of day. Avoid if possible this place.
Update 1: 6pm finally got seen and was taken to the ward for infusion, when I got there had to wait while they prepare my bed, then the nurse said that my infusion is not ready and they were not expecting me anymore. So now need to wait until they prepare the infusion.
Update 2: it's 10.30pm after nearly 12hours I finally got my medicine and now need to wait 3 hours while it goes into my system.
Staff completely useless. No one know anything when I'm asking something.
Avoid this place at any costs.
