The customer service here is garbage... my girl bo...

The customer service here is garbage... my girl bought a new Durango from them back in may and has constantly had to take it in for repairs... it's currently sitting there because the remote start stopped working and they can't figure out why so they keep trying to tell her it didn't come with remote start... they put her in a garbage little jeep thing that she's scared to drive after she spent 55k on a full size SUV. They continue to talk to her like she's an idiot and their only answer about her Durango is no one knows what the issue is are you sure it ever worked or that you even had it. They even tried blaming the window tint. She told them she wanted some sort of compensation for all of her troubles and in return they started harassing her for leaving a bad review... the manager told her to call to clear this up but yet has no answers for her and keeps running her in circles. It's clear why they have so many horrible reviews... I'd stay far far away from this place.
