I will give a zero rating for BMW London, because what i m going through with them rightnow is ridiculous. I purchased my 3rd BMW vehicle and this time with BMW London (worst when it comes to after sales service). They tricked me on the safety of the vehicle, so frustrating. Both front tires was supposed to be change, when i was finalising the deal with them i did mention that the tires looks worn out. The salesgirl told me Oh don t worry about that, safety will be done on the vehicle, if need to be change they will do it . I went to pick up the vehicle on June 28th, and when i asked about the tires they told me it passed safety so they are good, i trust them on that note having in mind that i might be able to drive through the summer season with this tire. But unfortunately just after few weeks you could see the threads and that was just after i drove under the rain for the first time since i got the X5, you could see all the threads so well. I went to change the tires the very next day, because this was not safe at all to drive in rainy weather. I made a complain to the dealership, no respond from them after several times. I finally complained to the head office, they investigated on it and to my surprise i m being told and provided a copy of safety check that was already done on the vehicle before i even went to see the vehicle to buy. It s been over a month now, i still don t have any resolution for my concern. Each time they are taking forever to respond back. It s been such a bad experience with them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, no transparency, no trust no honesty. after reading what other people went through with them as well, it justifies as to how bad they are after they sell you a car. You re their client only when it comes to selling.
