Colin Z was the best service technician I've met from Gillece. He was very professional, courteous and was very honest. He shared a lot of great information about our equipment and answered all of my inquisitive questions. What impressed me the most was the wealth of information Colin had. He demonstrated a great wealth of knowledge on brands, equipment and service. Colin certainly exceeded my expectations of the more "typical" service technician. Gillece wasn't my first choice for service after the less than desired experience when they installed my system a few years ago, but after today's experience with Colin, I'll be calling Gillece in the future. Now, if only we could be guaranteed to get Colin again!

As an added note, the customer service girl (Kelly I think?) was very good too. She called me every two hours with an update on when we could expect a technician. This was very much appreciated!
