Purchased my spa from a spa @ bbq show in santa clara calif. The agent was polite and friendly. This is my second spa that I hope to last another 20 years.
The spa was delivered and set up exactly where I wanted it. I filled it with water, plugged it in and used my kit to get it operational and PRESTO! Its been operating since day one and my family and I enjoy it as much as possible.
