Time, plus the greatest pleasure gives me this opportunity to write and express my very pleasant experience with Landmark Honda.

On March 31, 2018, I visited the dealership and Miss Tihetna Demisse (Miss Titi) was my Sales Consultant. Informed her that I was searching for a new Honda Accord LX; fortunately there was one vehicle available, which I desired, in the exterior/interior color combination. She is well informed, patient and very pleasant.

Miss Maria Belbruno (Finance Manager) shared the various financial opportunities and advantages associated with such a purchase. Both Miss Titi and Miss Belbruno provided information as to the advantages of the extended warranties, Cilajet Sealant, etc; which I purchased because of the benefits to owning the Honda.

During the sales and financial process, Mr. Karl Forrester (General Sales Manager) was truly instrumental in assisting me pertaining to the fact that I was not feeling very well this particular afternoon/evening. He allowed me to take a pause during the transaction, provided assistance during the financial process, as well as during the after purchase process.

In the service department, after purchase activities, were managed by Mr. Keith Cail and Mr. Milton Cruz and associates.

It was a pleasure during business with Landmark Honda, and everyone's professionalism, kindness and positive energy truly added to the nice experience...much appreciated...sincerely.
