The staff are wonderful! We had a few glitches & they took care of it & made us feel comfortable. Every hotel will have issues, but it's how the staff takes care of those issues that matters most. They allow pets (with no extra charges) which is hard to find. They even had a bed, water bowl, & a few extras for her stay. We will definitely be back & will be telling our friends, whether they have a dog or not, to come here for their stay in Jacksonville FL. Sometimes the little things matter the most and the staff at Aloft in Jacksonville FL got that.
