Shout out to Chris Cowart in Sales and Sean Haydon, the luthier/guitar tech. Both are very easy to work with and very knowledgable about everything to do with guitars. Sean is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, so he is really "in tune" with all aspects of Music.
