Absolutely disappointing! Nothing but issues from the start. Our room Got downgraded due to availability. Not able to eat on-site due to limited seating which is fine... if we were told.
Got breakfast as part of our package, which we had to fight to get and was going to be charged again for
Price is hugely over rated for what it is and service provided.
Staff not interested in trying to help, not offered to refund the difference, and just poor service overall.
Its a pity - this place has huge potential if ran right. Will not return
