Horrible horrible horrible customer service , warranty is a joke, they have no intention of following through, and absolutely no intention of holding to their promises, should have went to the room place, they may not have the selection, but at least they're forthcoming and Honor their warranty, hell even bob's did better, will never purchase here again, by my guess the cost to litigate will probably be more then the purchase price, but at this point in time it more about the principal, what a shame, and they also in my opinion sullied the name brand of Lane, by not honoring their manufacturers warranty.
