My luggage was damaged when being loaded by an overworked employee who throws the bags to the charging station.
Then I then turned as it is on the sign to the responsible body.
Three mails followed. When someone finally answered the phone, the rude employee said they only take care of lost luggage. There is also a damaged case on the shield!
An impudence. Tegel has earned other employees.
