I recently purchased a 05 Toyota Camry from Marshall Motors North for my little sister, and from start to finish the experience was GREAT!! The customer service from all employees is what stood out to me! I was greeted by my saleswoman Jen who was amazing, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I finalized the deal later that day. Jen went over all of the paperwork, financing, made sure all my questions were answered. Alan called me a few days later to pickup the car. I grabbed the car, there was one slight issue that was noticed a few days later after picking up the car, and within minutes of my email to Alan it was addressed and he made an appointment to correct and fix it. Working with this family owned dealership made everything so easy, efficient and they stand by what they sell! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a decent pre-owned car!!
