Car had a dead battery. Phones weren't working at dealership so I had to stop by to find out if they could fix it. None of the service advisors would acknowledge I was standing there so I had to go to the Cashier. Once she got a service advisor, they said they should be able to fix it that day. Brought car in around 1 pm, and it was fixed by the end of the day. Actual service advisor that did help me was good and communicated well.
