Bad things they need to improve on are:

Bad things they need to improve on are:
1. The front desk personnel are absolutely ignorant to being nice and customer service.
2. The music BLARING by the pool is bad music selection and horrible quality sound. The speaker sound like they are blown.

Good things:
1. The personnel (other than front desk) were very friendly.
2. Great views from our room, great beach area and water to swim in.
3. Close to Red Hook for restaurants and bars.
