This staycation was to celebrate my friend s birthday and also attend my best friend wedding at one of the hotel in Sentosa.

Before I start my staycation, I wrote an email to reservation team and requested for a complimentary birthday cake. With prompt reply from Idah, she arranged for a cake once we check-in to the room.

Once I arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was very smooth and professional whom handled by one the check-in agent (Sorry didn t get his name).

He was welcoming and delivered excellent customer service.. Thanks to him for starting my staycation a wonderful one.

I booked the junior suite room and once I step in I just loved the room being clean, specious and attention to details was excellent..

It's my first staycation after the hotel underwent renovation.. my compliment to the Management for showcasing the beauty of the hotel..

My biggest compliment to the young Indian concierge(again missed his name) at the hotel.. he arranged the transport form the hotel to wedding venue on time.. his friendliness and customer service beyond words can describe..

Overall the experience was wonderful and we had a wonderful time..

I am looking forward for my next staycation on September..

Once again thank you to all the staff who contributed to this staycation a pleasant one..
