The doctors were mean and they laughed at me when I was in pain. They would barely talk to me and gave me one worded answers. There was a time last year when I went in with severe chest pains, but they didn't have any rooms (understandable). So they put me in a family waiting room with just me and my mom and FORGOT that I was there because they never entered my paperwork to have me admitted. On top of all of that, they didn't even take the time to explain what was wrong. They said to follow up with my primary care doctor (every time I've been there, which is many) because they'd have better answers than them. The facility is nice, but that can't make up for the rude, forgetful, and unmotivated staff.

I have encountered SOME nice nurses and doctors, but that total is probably about 3.
