I was most impressed with the customer service from Michael in concierge. I experienced a problem with one of the tour operators for my trip to Niagra Falls for the following day and he efficiently helped me to sort it out and book me on another tour. He kindly assisted to check that I got on the tour the next day which was highly appreciated, as I only came to Toronto to visit the Niagra Falls. He should be regarded as a highly valued associate as it was the best customer service I experienced at Sheraton Toronto.
